Qigong is a movement meditation. Translated, it means energy cultivation, a practice that has been around for thousands of years. Aligning breath with mindful, slow movement allows the participant to enter into a deep state of meditation with their eyes open, allowing them to bridge the gap between the meditative and waking states. This practice creates coordination, balance and flexibility in the body, mind, and spirit. Tai chi is a series of movements that work on the entire body in a flowing sequence.
Elyse designs custom tailored, private healing sessions.
