Hey Festival Goers! 

We are so excited to welcome you to Phases of the Moon.

We want you to feel at home here. 

ARRIVAL

If you have a Friday or weekend ticket, you’re welcome to arrive any time after 12pm on Friday, May15th. You're also welcome to come and go throughout the weekend…the beach is just 12 minutes away!

ADD A MEAL PLAN

We have a private chef preparing plant based, gluten free, vegetarian yummy meals to fuel you. If you missed the option to pre-purchase meals, head back to the website. The cost is $50 for dinner Friday and Saturday plus lunch on Saturday and Sunday or $15/meal.

If you need us, just ask around and someone will direct you to where we are.

In community,

• Refillable Water Bottle (please no single use plastic bottles)
• Reusable plate, bowl, flatware, and hot beverage mug
• Camping gear - if you have reserved a camping space - this is not car camping but you will only have to walk about 100 feet or so to your car (tent, tarp, change of clothes, toothbrush, book if you feel like laying around in a hammock, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to feel comfortable).
• Non-toxic Bug Spray - NO deet or other chemicals on the property
• Sun protection - We prefer zinc or layers and a hat

When you arrive at

4 Kingsway Road in Egg Harbor Township. See the check in Station (under the Phases of the Moon banner) to sign a waiver and get a bracelet. If you're on the grounds without a bracelet you'll be escorted to the check in table.

CARPOOL

Since this is a residence, there is limited parking. We can get 30 cars the property and there is street parking but we'd like not to drive our neighbors crazy. Park in a designated spot head in or back in only. Do not parallel park unless you're directed to parking off the property. Once parked, see the check in table for a waiver and bracelet.

TRASH

We are a no waste, low waste event. Bring a reusable plate, flatware, water bottle and a trash bag. Please take any trash you make with you. It'll make you super conscious of your environmental impact.

SMOKING

This is a family friendly event. You may smoke in designated areas or take a walk off the property. Be responsible. Do not leave cigarette butts where they could start a fire. Don't leave trash where others have to clean up after you.

RESPECT

No means no. Respect the land. Respect your fellow festival goers. Respect the neighbors. 

DRUGS/ALCOHOL

Do not share or sell drugs on our property or you will be escorted out. If at any time you appear inebriated, unruly, or dangerous to yourself or anyone else we will assist you in getting an Uber to safe space. We strive to keep this a family friendly sober event focused on health and healing.
