Emotional Alchemy

Navigating Emotions with Power and Presence

with Elyse Michelle
This program invites you to discover the transformative power of emotions, the embodied states that arise in response to stimuli. When met with awareness and presence using natural bodily sensations, emotions reorganize perception, meaning and behavior. Using guided somatic practices, emotions become a compass. Challenging feelings including grief, anger, shame, and regret become sources of information that support clarity,  grounded action, self-acceptance and self-trust.

This is a results-based, personalized 3 month program.

Using gentle somatic sensing, exploration of life patterns and current challenges along with subconscious reprogramming, and meditative practices you can cultivate new neural pathways that allow you to:

  • Trust your emotions as intelligent guides
  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Transform difficult feelings into insight, agency, and presence
  • Stay embodied and grounded even during intense emotional situations
  • Reclaim authority over your inner emotional landscape

Emotional Alchemy is grounded in affective neuroscience and somatic regulation with a strong emphasis on practical application in daily life. The focus is not on analyzing emotions or reliving trauma, but on learning how to meet emotions skillfully so they support rather than derail you.

This is not therapy or abstract theory. It is a practical, relational embodied process designed to help you work with emotions as they arise in conversations, decisions, relationships, and moments of stress. With consistent practice using the tools provided, you can build emotional fluency, gain clarity, and navigate life guided by your own internal wisdom.
