    We provide disposable dinnerwear sets per meal $15 breakfast, $20 lunch or dinner

    We provide dinnerwear sets and labor cleaning up per meal additional  $30 breakfast, $45 lunch or dinner per meal

    • $110 - 3 meals per day - vegetarian, gluten free options available by request (min of 6 people)
    • $80 - camping Friday and Saturday eve (indoor option if rainy or cold to bring sleeping bags inside) 
    • $260 (early bird registration) to $360 (normal registration)

    Investment:

      $150 non-refundable booking fee (due after application approval to reserve dates) $600 due 7 days prior to the event


    • Return on Investment:
    • 10 people min = $2600 total = $1850 teacher + $750 space fee 
    • 15 people max = $3900 total = $3150 teacher + $750 space fee

    Phases of the Moon is a thoughtfully curated space for healers, teachers, and creatives to gather, share wisdom, and facilitate meaningful experiences. We welcome aligned practitioners who value presence, integrity, and community.


    Whether you’re hosting a workshop, class, ceremony, or intimate gathering, our process is designed to support your vision while ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for everyone involved.

    2. Vision & Details Conversation

    We’ll connect to discuss your vision for the event. This conversation allows us to explore flow, timing, capacity, and any special considerations to help your event feel supported and successful.

    1 Complete the Event Application

    Begin by filling out our event application. This helps us understand your offering, logistical needs, and ensures alignment with the  energy of the space.  We will use the content in your form for creating an event page.

    3. Agreement & Deposit

    After details are confirmed, you’ll receive a Space Use Agreement to review and sign. A deposit is required to secure your date.

    4. Final Payment

    The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
